Everything a Zambian student is doing this term, in one place

Your own lecturers set the syllabus. Nobody else's revision notes will do — so what is here is built around Zambian courses, Zambian regulators and Zambian funding deadlines, and it is checked rather than guessed.

K20 a month for the whole study shelf. K45 a month when you want the library as well, a live session every month, and your own printing done at the members' rate.

K20 a month

The whole study shelf, and nothing held back to sell you later

Everything you revise from, everything you write with and everything you need to know about where the course leads. Nothing is held back to be sold to you later.

  • The whole study shelf — referencing and standards, reports and labs, exams and presentations
  • The past-paper method, the self-check that finds your weak spots, and the three-week countdown
  • The Word templates: lab report, assignment and report, CV, term planner
  • Careers, course by course — every Zambian profession, the body that really registers you, and the route from year one
  • Where the money is: HELSB loans, bursaries, the apprenticeship route and scholarships abroad
  • The study group that survives week three, and how to ask for help without asking for answers
  • Your own desk: standing, receipts, your member number, the referral count and the request box

No contract. Pay for one month, and you are a member for that month.

Premium

Everything, and a person

K45 a month

And a person reads your work every month

Everything in Basic, plus the library and the three things that need a person: a live session every month, a document prepared for you, and the members’ rate on everything you print.

  • The library: the openly licensed textbooks field by field, and the Zambian journals you can actually read — with the licence marked on every entry
  • The monthly clinic: a live session, in person or on a call, with the date on your desk
  • Your questions put to the desk in writing before the clinic, and answered there
  • The monthly tune-up: one document formatted, trimmed and proofread for you, free
  • The members’ rate on everything you print, every month, with the savings shown
  • Members’ jobs go in front of the queue

No contract. Pay for one month, and you are a member for that month.

What is on the shelf, in plain words

Revise from it

  • Past papers and the method — how to work a paper under the clock, how to mark your own honestly, and how to turn the marks you lost into this week's study list.
  • The self-check — topic by topic, so a weak spot is found three weeks before the exam instead of in it.
  • The three-week countdown — what to do in the last three weeks, in the right order.

Write with it

  • Standards and referencing — what a marker is looking for, and how to lay out a reference list.
  • Word templates — lab report, assignment and report, one-page CV, term planner. Type over the grey lines.
  • A CV that survives the first ten seconds — what to put first, what to leave out, and the three questions every Zambian graduate interview asks.

Know where it leads

  • Careers, course by course — agriculture, medicine, nursing, engineering, mining, geology, the built environment, teaching, law, business, ICT, the sciences, social work and the outdoors: what each one leads to, which body really registers you, and what to do in years one to four.
  • Money for study — HELSB loans and what they ask for, TEVET and the bursaries, the apprenticeship route, and scholarships abroad.
  • The library — openly licensed textbooks field by field, and the Zambian journals and repositories you can read for nothing. Every entry carries its licence. Nothing pirated.

And with the person behind it

  • The monthly clinic — bring the marked work, the thing that is not working and your three hardest questions. In person, or on a call.
  • The monthly tune-up — one document formatted, trimmed and proofread for you, free.
  • The members' rate on everything you print, every month, with the savings shown; members' jobs go in front of the queue.

How it works

  1. Send K20 for Basic, or K45 for Premium, by mobile money — straight to the business: Airtel Money 0978110840 or MTN MoMo 0765370490. Send it to Clement. Put your name and your phone number in the message so it is ticked off against you and nobody else.
  2. You are ticked in the same day and given a member number — and a pass key, which you will probably never need.
  3. Open the members' page with the phone number you paid from and the name you registered with. That is the whole sign-in: no password to remember and nothing to lose.
  4. The shelf opens. It is the same shelf on CS Tutorials as it is here — one membership covers both.

Straight about the money: there is no card, no subscription to cancel and nothing taken automatically. You send one month's payment and you are a member for that month — when it runs out the shelf closes until you send the next one, and the desk shows you the exact date. If you decide it is not for you, you simply do not send anything, and nothing more is owed.

And straight about the sign-in: it is your name and your number, so anybody who knows both can open your desk. What keeps that honest is that every sign-in is written down with the country it came from, and it shows on the desk. Do not share your number and name with somebody you would not lend your notes to.

Any question at all — whether the notes cover your course, what the clinic is, how to pay — ask on WhatsApp. A person answers it.

Not sure yet?

The gate on this site opens with a four-letter code that changes daily — it is there to keep a record of who comes in, not to keep students out. Ask for the code on WhatsApp, have a look round the free shelf, and join when you have seen it.

You do not have to decide today. Send the code request, read what is here, and pay only when it is obviously worth K20 to you.

Taught by a person, not a company. If something you paid for does not work, say so and it is fixed.
