Privacy and data handling
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information when you use this website or hand us a document. Last reviewed 15 October 2026.
What this website collects about visitors
Nothing that identifies you. This site keeps no cookies, counts no visitors, and runs no analytics and no advertising scripts of any kind. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no login. It follows that we cannot tell who visited, how often, or from where, because we never record it.
What is collected when you contact us
- WhatsApp. Every message button on this site opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send, and once you do the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not ours.
- Phone calls. Tapping a number opens your phone app. We see your number on the call, as any business does.
- Documents you send us. A file you send on WhatsApp is used for the job you asked for. We do not publish it, share it, or use it for anything else.
What we do with your documents
- Your file is used only to do the work you asked for, and is held only as long as needed to do it and to settle any query about it afterwards.
- If you ask us to keep a copy for a reprint, we keep it until you ask us to delete it.
- We do not sell, trade or pass your work to anyone else.
- We do not publish your documents, or your name, without your written permission.
What we will not do
We format, polish and print academic and professional work. We do not write your work for you, sit an examination on your behalf, or alter marks or results. If a job asks for any of those, we turn it down.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which necessarily processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and to defend against attacks. That processing is Cloudflare’s, under its own privacy terms, and we hold no visitor log from it.
Asking us to delete something. Call or message 0978 110 840 or 0765 370 490 and we will delete any file you have sent us, on request, without asking why.
